Do I need specialist hardware or a new till?
No. You can run Perkstar from a phone, tablet or compatible barcode scanner. Supported POS and ecommerce integrations are available on Scale when you want to connect more of your operation.
Are customers or loyalty programmes limited?
No. Every paid plan includes unlimited customers and unlimited loyalty programmes. Plans differ by programme types, automation, reporting, integrations and team capacity.
Can Perkstar help me launch?
Yes. You can build the programme yourself, or choose the £59 done-for-you setup service and Perkstar will design the card, configure the rewards, prepare the QR counter sign and get the scanner ready.
Does Perkstar take a cut of normal loyalty activity?
No. Perkstar charges no fee on ordinary stamps, points, or visits. When Perkstar processes a customer payment, such as a paid membership or gift card, the Perkstar fee is 1% on Growth and 0.5% on Scale. Stripe processing fees apply separately.
Can I bring over existing customers?
Yes. Import customers by CSV and export your data when needed.
How do extra locations work?
Every plan includes one location. Add more for £10/month or £120/year each, up to ten self-serve locations. For eleven or more, ask about the Franchise plan.
